Orange Home Health Inc.
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Orange Home Health Inc. handles personal information collected through its public website and enquiry forms. Our office is at 13735 Victory Blvd, Suite 18, Van Nuys, CA 91401, United States. This policy covers website enquiries and careers applications; it is not a patient-care Notice of Privacy Practices.
1. Information you choose to provide
We collect the information you enter in a website form:
- General contact enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, optional address or city, and the message you choose to send.
- Service enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, and optional message about the service you are exploring.
- Insurance enquiries: your name, email address, phone number, optional insurance company name, and optional message. We do not ask for an insurance member number or a copy of an insurance card through this form.
- Careers enquiries: your first and last name, email address, phone number, position of interest, optional alternative or cell number, and optional introduction or message.
Required fields are marked on each form. You can choose not to submit a form and contact our office by phone instead. Without the requested contact details, we may be unable to respond to an online enquiry.
2. Technical information
When you access the website, the web server and security services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and date and time of the request. This information is used to operate the website, investigate errors and help prevent misuse.
3. How we use your information
We use website submissions to respond to your questions, discuss the services or coverage you are asking about, follow up on careers enquiries, and maintain records of those communications. We also use information as necessary to protect the website and comply with applicable legal obligations. Submitting an insurance or service enquiry does not confirm coverage, eligibility or a care arrangement; a careers enquiry does not constitute an employment offer.
4. Website forms are not a patient portal
Please do not send medical records, diagnosis details, treatment histories, insurance member numbers, Social Security numbers, identity documents, payment information or other sensitive documents through these public forms. Website submissions are delivered by email and are intended for general enquiries. They are not a secure patient portal or a channel for urgent medical questions. Contact our office to ask about an appropriate way to communicate concerning individual patient care.
5. Email delivery and service providers
Form submissions are sent to the Orange Home Health team by email. We use Google’s Gmail service for email delivery and receipt, along with providers that operate our website hosting and security services. These providers may process the information needed to deliver messages, operate the website or support those services. Technical and communication records may therefore be stored outside the website’s WordPress database.
We may disclose information when required by law or a valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect people, our systems or legal rights. We do not sell information collected through our website forms or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies, advertising and visitor accounts
The current public website does not use cookies for visitors, analytics cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site advertising tracking. It does not offer visitor accounts, public comments, online payments or newsletter registration. Website administrators use a separate restricted administration area; it is not a visitor account service.
Because the public website does not engage in cross-site advertising tracking or the sale or sharing of personal information for that purpose, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change its current operation. We will update this policy before introducing materially different tracking practices.
7. External links
The website may link to maps, social media, insurers and other organizations. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. This policy does not govern those third-party websites. Please review their privacy policies before providing information to them.
8. Retention and security
We retain website enquiries and careers communications for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain necessary communication records and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can depend on the purpose of the message and whether further communication or a legal obligation is involved. A request to remove information may be subject to those obligations and the removal cycle of service-provider backups.
We take reasonable steps to limit access to the people and service providers who need information for these purposes. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security, so please avoid sending sensitive information through the public forms.
9. California privacy requests
You may contact us to ask about information you submitted through the website, request a correction, or request deletion. California residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and receive equal treatment when exercising those rights, subject to legal exceptions and the law’s applicability.
Call 818-532-5353 or use our contact page and state that your message is a privacy request. Provide enough information to help us locate your communication, such as the email address you used and approximate submission date. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Do not send identity documents through the public form; if further verification is necessary, we will discuss a suitable method with you.
10. Children
The public website and its enquiry forms are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact our office so we can review the situation.
11. Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date when the policy changes. If our information collection or use changes materially, we will provide an appropriate notice. Please review this page when you use the website.
